The Build

LandscapeAI was built and tested in a single 2-hour session as a demonstration of rapid prototyping capability. It's not a mockup or a wireframe — it's a working application with real AI analysis, a mobile-first interface, and email delivery of results.

How it works

• Capture — photograph your yard or upload an existing image
• Configure — specify your location and preferences (drought tolerant, low maintenance, native plants, pet safe, etc.)
• Analyze — GPT-4o vision analyzes your photo, then generates a visualization of your yard with the new landscaping overlaid on your original image — so you can see exactly what it would look like
• Deliver — get a detailed plant list with species, placement recommendations, and care instructions, plus the rendered visualization. Review on screen or send to email
